Terms of Service
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Version 1.0.0 · Effective July 20, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and QuickParkPay+, operated by ParkingPlus ("QuickParkPay+", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the QuickParkPay+ platform, websites, mobile checkout, operator dashboards, or any related services (collectively, the "Service") — including by scanning a QR code and paying for parking — you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
1. Platform overview
QuickParkPay+ is a software platform that enables drivers to pay for parking at participating locations and enables property owners and operators to manage sessions, reservations, monthly parking, enforcement, refunds, and settlements. Parking spaces are owned and controlled by the property owner or operator of each location — QuickParkPay+ does not own, operate, or lease parking facilities.
2. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate license plate, state, and (if requested) contact information.
- Choose the correct duration and rate for your session.
- Comply with all posted rules at the parking location.
- Extend your session before it expires if you need more time.
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
3. Parking payment terms
- Prices, taxes, and platform fees are shown before you confirm payment.
- Sessions begin at the time of payment and expire at the end of the paid period, subject to any grace period displayed at checkout.
- You are responsible for verifying that your session was created successfully before leaving the vehicle.
- All charges are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
4. Payment authorization
By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and fees. Payment card data is handled directly by our PCI-compliant payment processor and is never stored by QuickParkPay+.
5. Refund policy
Refund eligibility, timelines, and instructions are described in our Refund Policy. In summary: sessions that were never used may be eligible for a full refund; partially used sessions are generally non-refundable; duplicate transactions are refunded on request.
6. Reservation policy
Where a location supports reservations, reserving a space guarantees availability for the time window purchased. Reservations may be modified or cancelled subject to the cancellation window shown at booking. No-shows and late arrivals may forfeit the reservation.
7. Monthly parking terms
- Monthly parking is subject to the property's rules, availability, and any waiting list.
- Recurring charges will be billed on the schedule shown at enrollment.
- You may cancel monthly parking at any time, subject to the notice period stated at enrollment; access ends at the close of the paid billing cycle.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your monthly permit.
8. Parking enforcement
Enforcement at each location is performed by the property owner or operator (or their designated agents), not by QuickParkPay+. Enforcement actions may include warnings, violation notices, immobilization ("boot"), and towing, in each case subject to local law and the notices posted at the location.
9. Vehicle owner responsibilities
The registered owner of the vehicle is responsible for any parking session, violation, or damage associated with that vehicle at a participating location, regardless of who was operating the vehicle at the time.
10. License plate accuracy
You must enter the correct license plate and state. Sessions paid under the wrong plate may not protect the vehicle actually parked, and may result in a violation or towing at the vehicle owner's expense. QuickParkPay+ is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect plate entry.
11. Unauthorized parking
Parking a vehicle at a participating location without a valid paid session, in violation of posted rules, or in an area where parking is not permitted may result in violations, immobilization, or towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
12. Violation handling
Violations issued at participating locations are handled through the citation workflow shown on the citation notice or on our website. You may look up, contest, or pay a citation online. Contested citations are reviewed by the property owner or operator; QuickParkPay+ facilitates the process but does not decide the outcome.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickParkPay+, ParkingPlus, and their officers, employees, and vendors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the parking session giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
14. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate.
15. Availability of service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily interrupts availability.
16. Prohibited activities
- Attempting to bypass, tamper with, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Making fraudulent payments, chargebacks not based on a genuine dispute, or misrepresenting a vehicle.
- Accessing data, accounts, or systems that do not belong to you.
- Interfering with or overloading the Service (denial-of-service, scraping at scale, credential stuffing).
- Using the Service to violate any law or the rights of any third party.
17. Intellectual property
QuickParkPay+ and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, designs, trademarks, and content. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including Sections 13, 14, 19, and 20).
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which ParkingPlus is headquartered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
20. Dispute resolution
Please contact us first to try to resolve any dispute informally. If we cannot resolve it, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in ParkingPlus's home jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class or representative action.
21. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here with a new version number and effective date. Where you have an account, we will ask you to re-accept the updated Terms before continuing.
